Peter Fisher is a freelance photographer and former digital photo editor for The New Yorker. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia (‘91), he went on to graduate from the film studies program at the University of Colorado in Boulder (‘14). In the summer of 2019, he graduated from the Documentary and Visual Journalism program at the International Center of Photography in New York, New York where he currently lives and works. He’s exhibited work in the U.S. and internationally. You can see his editorial work in The New Yorker, TIME, Outside Magazine, AFAR, National Geographic, and The New York Times.
